New! Take Charge Home Visit – £49 inc VAT
The Take Charge Home Visit is our new entry-level report based on a visual survey of the property and a discussion of suitable options, covering low-carbon technologies, insulation, ventilation, and any overheating issues. This survey is subsidised by SP Electricity North West as part of its Take Charge programme.
Home Improvement Survey – From £300+VAT
This is our most in-depth and bespoke report. We’ll undertake a detailed measured survey of the property with data entered into specialist software to produce a model of how the property is performing. We can then show how improvement options will affect the energy performance, and estimate the likely bill savings. This is recommended where a higher level of investment is being considered to better understand the costs and benefits involved.
