Happy Customers
“It was a very good call with Tamsin from Greener Homes. It was very quick and easy to make an appointment. Tamsin listened to my situation and was very knowledgeable. She also emailed me afterwards with a summary of our conversation and gave me some really useful information about how I can start to make my home more energy efficient. I’m used to not being eligible for this sort of advice because I’m not on benefits, so it was a nice surprise that I can get this help and advice for free”
Jasmin from Darwen called Greener Homes to get help with improving her home’s energy efficiency and reducing bills. She spoke to Georgianna, who listened carefully and explained options including EcoFlex funding for solar panels and a referral to LEAP for free energy-saving measures. The customer felt supported and informed about her next steps.
“It was really good, they explained everything. A really good service.”
Charlie from Lancaster called Greener Homes as he had bought a property in need of full renovation before it could be lived in. He was wondering if there was any financial support available for people like him.
After the call, Charlie told us “It’s just been so helpful to actually have a proper conversation about it. Ashlea explained how the ECO4 and Boiler Upgrade Scheme grants work and gave me all the information I needed – I only wish I’d spoken to Greener Homes six months earlier!”
