Energy Performance Certificate EPC – From £75+VAT
An EPC is required when a home is sold or rented out and gives it a rating a home from A (very energy efficient) to G (inefficient). This tells the person who will be living there how costly it will be to heat and light the property, and what its CO2 emissions are likely to be.
