Greener Homes in Lancashire Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The prize draw is organised and promoted by Greener Homes in Lancashire (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of Greener Homes in Lancashire, Green Rose CIC, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the prize draw, participants must take part in a short market research survey conducted by telephone regarding home improvements.
3.2 The survey call must be completed between 1st March 2025 and 31st March 2025.
3.3 Only one entry per household is permitted.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize consists of £250 in supermarket vouchers of the winner’s choice.
4.2 No cash alternative or substitute prize is available.
4.3 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on Friday 4th April 2025.
5.3 The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw date.
5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
6. Data Protection
6.1 By entering the prize draw, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the draw and awarding the prize.
6.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with Greener Homes in Lancashire’s privacy policy.
7. General
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7.2 The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 The prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
